30 Day Return Policy
Stalker Radar offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your on-line purchase from stalkersport.com to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, product must be in re-salable condition. All returns must be pre-authorized prior to shipping. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) can be obtained by e-mailing Customer Service at csd@a-concepts.com or by calling 877-782-5537, select option 4 or 972-398-3780, ext. 222.
Please note, returns will be shipped at your expense. Shipments sent collect will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for, nor guarantee credit or replacement on, any product returned to us without an RMA. Please securely pack the product and write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box, not the product box. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received your return, please contact us at 877-782-5537 or Email csd@a-concepts.com.
Warranty Periods
One (1) Year: Sport 3 Connect Radar, and LED Speed Sign
Two (2) Years: Pro 3, Pro 3s, and Pro II Speed Sensor
90 Day: Batteries, Cables, and Mounts
Stalker Radar warrants products to be free of defects and that products will perform in accordance with the user guides, quick reference guides, and other technical and operations manuals provided by us.
We will repair or replace at our cost all product hardware components that fail due to defective materials or workmanship during the warranty period specified in your owner’s manual.
You must return the defective product to the factory, freight prepaid. Return shipping on any components that fail within the warranty period will be paid for by us through a shipping label we provide to you. We will pay standard UPS ground on all return shipping; any expedited air shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
This warranty excludes normal wear-and-tear such as frayed cords, broken connectors, scratched or broken cases, or physical abuse. This full warranty does not cover damage due to dropping, water, salt, improper voltage, fire, charging Alkaline batteries in the Sport 3 Connect, attempted repairs or modifications by an unauthorized service agent, or any other unusual treatment. Any attempt to repair product on your own will void this warranty.
